Drawing from Neigong, Taoism, Cranial Osteopathy, the Five Elements, and Hermetic principles, we will access a deeper state of presence and focus.

Inspired by Buddhist teachings, "The Elephant Path" symbolizes the journey of taming the mind through meditation, leading to enhanced concentration, emotional balance, and resilience.

Beginning February 4, I will be offering holistic medicine services as part of the practitioner team at Flourish Marin Integrative Medicine & Primary Care. This new setting allows me to work within a collaborative, integrative medical environment while continuing to support patients through a personalized, whole-person approach to care. I look forward to serving both existing and new patients at this location.
